We have often done the same, Ruby Rose. We have also donated some toys and food bowls that Mom ordered from Chewy that didn't meet our needs. Chewy said to just donate them and they replaced the items with other choices. Great company.

We've donated money and other items to our local shelters and rescues.
ReplyDeleteWe've donated money and some cat food that a certain picky cat wouldn't eat one time.
ReplyDeleteWe donate food and other things at least once a month and good old cash a couple of times each year.
ReplyDeleteEvery October we donate our extra blankets, bedding and toys to our local shelters. We also donate to the shelter where we adopted Angels Jakey and Arty annually.

yes we do that... and our grampy is a godfather for a shelter, he helps a lot to make things better there....

ReplyDeleteVolunteered, collected cans for refunds, donated cash and from my paycheck, wear clothes that advertise a good cause, donated food and medicines.
