Being from Florida the heat does not bother me.
Yes, I would not live in a house without AC
I drink more water, and don't spend as much time under the blanket.
We love our AC and spend plenty of time inside on super-hot days. It isn't too bad to be outside when it isn't too hot if we have a stuffed Kong that's been frozen.

ReplyDeleteI don't like the heat and neither does mom and when it's too hot and too humid, we decide that walking isn't worth it. We have a portable ac in our living room and a window unit in the bedroom and we spend lots of summer days inside to avoid the hot temps.

ReplyDeleteOur Angel Little Bit didn't mind the heat, but we do have air conditioning and she liked it very much. We also changed her water often and put ice cubes in the water. She really liked that.

My favorite times of year are Spring and Fall. I don't like any kind of extreme weather but if I had to choose it would be Winter, I can always put on more clothes but no way can I legally take off enough to be cool when out and about.
ReplyDeleteWe have a lot of humidity it sends all the 95 degree days way into the triple digits. Very miserable and today we have smoke from Canada and the heat and humidity very oppressive
We eat more meals that require less cooking and stay inside.
I have not taken a morning walk in 5 weeks.

We go out for shorter intervals throughout the day, and I don't get to go on my walks with Daddy until it's dark out!
