Monday Question

What is your most common sleep position?  Stretched out?  On your back?  Curled in a ball?  On your side?  On your tummy?
If you sleep with your parents or another dog do you snuggle with them?  Do you sleep with your butt on them on your head?
Pocket:  I sleep curled up in a ball.  I like to sleep in the crook on one of my parents' knees.  I like to have my butt against them when I sleep.
River:  I like to sprawl out when I sleep.  I like my whole body against my humans.

  1. I sleep on the head of the mama... it looks as if she would wear a crazy hat... and her fur looks crazy the next morning too ;O)

  2. I start curled in a ball and then expand as I get hot

  3. I usually sleep on my side, and then roll over onto my back.

  4. All of the dogs have to be touching me

  5. Mackey and Sydney curl up in balls. Sebastian sleeps on his side and all the Water Dogs sleep on their backs. Samba and Morgan used to sleep with us, but now everyone sleeps in their own bed.

  6. I like to be snuggled to Mom and sometimes Dad. I start out curled up but when I get warm I stretch out. I like to roll over on my back when I wake in the morning so mom and dad can give me belly rubs and kisses!

  7. Misty: I love to sleep in all positions, but my most common one is up my back with my feet up in the air, leaning against a wall.

Lightning: Mostly stretched out on my side.

We would both love to try sleeping with the humans, but we aren't allowed on the bedroom level, something about enough fur to clean on the first floor:)

  8. I like to curl up in a ball too. However, Brother Simon loves to play will balls!

Are you a trip hazard?  Have your parents ever tripped over you?  How often?  Did anyone get injured

River Song 2012-2022

At the end of the day what was wrong with River was everything: Fluid in the lungs, in the stomach, fluid in the heart, and very high kidney levels.  I think she loved us so hard, with such ferocity, that she used up her heartbeats. Thank you for your love and support. We might take some time from social media.  It is the first time in 26 years we haven't had a dog. We will find a new one, and be back.
