I had a cyclone named after me in 2021, It did damage in New Caledonia.

According to the Google machine neither of us or our parents have ever had a tropical storm named after us.

Hurricane Rosie and Hurricane Baby? I don't think I've heard of any big storm named after anyone in our family, human and doggie!
ReplyDeleteNo, not for any of us although we do have some weather-related names, like Angel Thunder, and now Lightning and Misty. Mom and Dad had a Golden Retriever many years ago and we did find a Hurricane Ginger on 9/30/1971. And our human sister regrets that her name is forever linked to that devastating Hurricane Katrina.
